Wealth Planning · United States & International

Wealth,
without borders.

Financial lives rarely stay inside one country, one generation, or one category. Aion Wealth brings planning expertise and access to U.S. and international solutions to families, investors, and the professionals who advise them.

Wealth becomes more complex as life becomes more connected.

A family lives in one country and owns property in another. A business is built in one currency and its next generation is educated in a second. Retirement is planned somewhere neither parent expected to live.

Each of these decisions is reasonable on its own. Together, they create a financial life with more moving parts than any single account, policy, or advisor was designed to hold.

We think those parts belong in the same conversation — protection alongside succession, retirement alongside residency, business alongside family. That conversation is where our work begins.

Wealth Planning

Complex wealth requires a complete perspective.

No two clients arrive with the same set of circumstances, and very few arrive with a single question. Our wealth planning specialists begin by understanding what has been built, what should be protected, what is being prepared for, and who the planning is ultimately for.

Family structure, business interests, existing arrangements, residency, and international exposure all inform that picture. Only once it is clear do we evaluate which strategies and solutions may be relevant — and which are not.

The Work

A deliberate sequence.

Five stages, adapted to each client. The order rarely changes; the emphasis always does.

01

Listen

Before anything is proposed, we understand the shape of your financial life: family, business interests, assets, obligations, and where each of them sits in the world.

02

Clarify

We identify what is already working, what is exposed, and what has quietly outgrown the structure built around it years ago.

03

Design

Strategy is drawn before instruments are chosen. Where a solution belongs in the plan is decided before which solution it is.

04

Execute

Implementation is handled with the carriers, underwriting requirements, documentation, and advisors involved — with a single point of accountability.

05

Revisit

Families move. Businesses change hands. Rules change. A plan holds its value only when it is reviewed against the life it was built for.

Private Clients

Built around your life. Not around a product.

We work with families, entrepreneurs, executives, investors, and internationally connected individuals — including U.S. residents and clients abroad with interests in the United States.

Some are protecting the people who depend on them. Some are preparing a business for the generation that will run it. Some are organizing a life that has quietly become multinational. Very few need everything we can access, and we would rather say so than suggest otherwise.

Solutions

Solutions are tools. Strategy gives them purpose.

The categories below describe where a solution may fit within a plan. Availability, eligibility, underwriting, residency, jurisdiction, and licensing determine what is actually appropriate for any individual client.

Global Solutions

Global lives require global thinking.

When a family, its assets, its business interests, or its long-term plans extend across more than one jurisdiction, planning has to account for more than performance. Currency, residency, documentation, and how one country treats what was arranged in another all become part of the conversation.

Aion provides access to selected U.S. and international solutions that may form part of a broader strategy. International is not automatically better. It is simply sometimes the right answer — and knowing the difference is the point.

Professional Partners

Expand what you can deliver.

You own the relationship. We bring the infrastructure.

Financial advisors, investment offices, family offices, asset managers, and attorneys increasingly meet planning questions that sit just outside their mandate — protection, succession liquidity, cross-border structures, U.S. access for international clients.

Building that capability internally is expensive and slow. We make it available instead: technical depth, case design, carrier access, and execution behind your firm, in your name, at whatever level of visibility you prefer.

Family Offices

Specialized depth inside an existing structure.

Multi-generational families already have governance, advisors, and a way of working. We are not a replacement for any of it. We contribute a specific discipline — planning and insurance-based structures — into an ecosystem that is already in place, and coordinate with the professionals who are already trusted.

Attorneys

Legal architecture and financial architecture should work together.

Estate and succession structures often depend on resources arriving at the right moment. We work alongside counsel by contributing planning expertise and access to insurance-based solutions that may complement the strategy the attorney has designed. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and we do not intend to.

Our Specialists

Complex wealth rarely fits into a single category. Neither should the thinking around it.

Our wealth planning specialists are prepared to hold a wide range of conversations — protection, succession, retirement, business continuity, cross-border exposure — and, more importantly, to see how they interact.

That means asking questions before offering answers, saying when something is outside our remit, and coordinating with the attorneys, accountants, and advisors already around the family. Discretion is assumed. Judgment is the work.

Market Access

Access matters.

Aion works with established insurance companies in the United States and abroad, and operates according to the licenses and regulatory requirements applicable to the solutions being offered.

Carrier relationships widen the range of structures that can be considered. They do not make every structure available to every client. Product availability, eligibility, underwriting, residency, jurisdiction, and licensing all apply — and we would rather be precise about that than impressive.

About Aion

Planning beyond the present.

Aion takes its name from an older idea of time — not the hours in a day, but the span of a life and what follows it. That is the horizon we plan against, for the families we serve and the professionals who bring us into their work.

Begin

What comes next deserves a plan.

Whether the question is protecting a family, preparing a transition, organizing a financial life that now spans more than one country, or widening what your firm can offer its clients, the work starts the same way — with understanding what actually matters to you.
